1. PRACTICE AND CONFIDENCE- It is the first step  towards success.If you have these two qualities,you are on the first and  vital step of success.Develop these along with the below tips...

2. EYE CONTACT- I have  heard and seen the  seminars and speeches of many,who present it like a doll working with help of switch or ..like not reciting but uttering just blah-blah black sheep...etc.So my second suggestion is to make eye contact.Especially during seminars you must have this particular quality ,then you are almost half done! Having an eye contact proves that you are confident and stress-free.So your listeners won't get bored while you speak
